SOILPROM Use-case 8: Puck Bay

Section 1: General description

A coupled hydrological model, consisting of three components:

• SWAT model for soil and surface water, including water
• MODFLOW model for groundwater flow
• MT3DMS for nitrate transport in groundwater

Models are coupled with a Python script.

The coupled models were originally developed for Puck Bay area as a part of project WaterPUCK and is currently extended and improved in the framework of SOILPROM project.
